Black Coffee and CDH
Patrick James • Oct 23, 2023

Ah… the black coffee tastes exceptional this morning. Some might say bitter, but as truth would have it, it’s all relative to individual tastes. It has come to my attention that many on this page believe that “Cold Dead Hands” refers only to gun rights. You know, the old Heston slogan for the NRA; “You can pry it from my cold dead hands” that they stole initially anyway, right?

You would be correct in assuming that, but what does “assume” do to you and me? Ya see this page (company) was built upon one solid premise:

All of our constitutionally protected rights were included and iterated by our Founders because ALL humans have rights. Rights that were bestowed absolutes by our Creator. No man can take them from us. They can only be given away or traded for a bowl of soup or safety and security.

It seems that We the People have become an apathetic crowd. Very few seem to care about the history of this crazy experiment created 247 years ago when a group of God-fearing people declared their independence from an overbearing tyrant. They were absolutely, without question; Christian no matter how or what you believe. Religious or true believers in Christ… they were indeed, Christian.

*If you can’t read this entire article, then you have zero value in your negative commentary. Just sayin’... so if you comment TLDR, your comments carry no weight.

Any stitch of information to the contrary of my last statement was only created to lead the sheep astray, and astray they’ve been led. Right to the gates of the proverbial slaughterhouse. In the name of democracy, we’ve been led to believe our country is better suited to protect us as a group rather than as the individuals intended.

Polished-up terminology has replaced sovereignty with collectivism. Today, progressivism is good, but Libertarianism or Patriotism is bad. This line of thinking has been and is still being taught throughout our country at every level of the educational system and we’ve been far too tolerant of this contrarian way of teaching.

I am here and have been here for the last ten years, taking flak from government agencies, internet-based zealots, and prog-socialist wannabes as they slowly (yet rather quickly) dismantled our following, reach, and income. It wasn’t that our message was incorrect or false. It was solely because of our reach, interaction, and the content. Content that supported and promoted the truths they wanted to deny.

Trust me, they didn’t stop at just this page or pages. They didn’t stop at banning our videos, tweets, or posts. They didn’t stop till they had personal blood on their hands. They destroyed everything they could because these truths hurt the narrative. The truth will always trump the lies, but only if the people can see through the veil that shields the deceptions. We only highlighted and encouraged people to seek out the truths for themselves so we can all stand united upon those truths. Not “feels”, but truths! Feelings do not and will never equal absolute truths and rights.

So to get back on topic and to be clear, we did become gun rights advocates. Here on this page and physically in the state of Texas. Here we impacted millions of people over those ten years and in Texas, we help effect real change. Here on this page we engaged over 150 million people during the week of the 2016 elections (we have proof of those numbers) and it wasn’t because we jumped on the T Train. It was because we offered up reasons as to why my dog Hank, was better than the Dem alternative.

We endorsed no one but managed to impact millions, and it was also “ground zero” as to when the proverbial “sh*t hit the fan”. It is what changed our destiny. We took the brunt of their retribution while many others took credit for our words and efforts. It’s okay. I’m not salty about it, at least the truths still let freedom ring.

They declared war upon a measly little social media page with no ad money, simply for presenting self-evident truths. Inconvenient truths that interfered with a certain narrative and plan. We (ALL of us) did that. We/You shared and commented into the fray as millions validated those truths. We then affirmed your comments with likes and shares as you supported and defended our efforts. It paid off… until it didn’t.

Suddenly we just faded into the vast and dark abyss of suppressing fire and very few came back to look for us. We were blamed for so many things, that the truth was buried along with its messengers. Or so they thought. They certainly succeeded in one thing though, the majority of you stopped showing support when you were needed most. They took us out of your feed and you forgot all about what we achieved together. We had your six, but far too many didn’t have ours.

All of it was done simply because the narrative of truths we were posting was ruining the efforts to erode our rights from within the very documents underpinning our country.

Our (yours and ours) enthusiasm for the truth was destroying years of carefully orchestrated manipulation. Isn’t that so cool? Yeah, it is, but the view from this side of the playing field looked a bit more wrecked.

Listen, I’m not lying about any of these things. We became the red-headed stepchild who was punished for telling the truth. This is factual and I have irrefutable proof. I’m not trying to manipulate anyone into believing it as such, because it is what it is, but the worst part about all of it was the silencing of our unified voices. Voices that came together in understanding through civil debate that was moderated through hours of intense scrutiny and commentary.

We presented the truths regarding how and why our country was created. We simply wanted the truth and we thought you wanted it too, but I must digress this isn’t about how we were silenced. It’s about why I created things the way I did.

Our Founders iterated and reiterated the rights protected within the Bill of Rights simply because they believed these rights would allow us (the people) to remain free to choose, defend, and pursue the things that make us happy. They protected our free will, free association, and liberty because they all believed it was the right thing to do. They did it because of their morality and the God they believed in. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The Creator who bestowed all of these rights upon us. He is the One who gave up His only Son to set us all free and it doesn’t make a tinker’s damn whether you believe it or not, these are the truths.

The United States of America is a Christian Nation, we’re just failing to maintain it after 247 years of disenfranchised information. Being a Christian Nation does not mean you can’t believe differently. It simply means that we are to hold ourselves to a standardized set of moral guidelines. Ones that are outlined within the 10 Commandments and the words of Jesus Christ as He lived as a man. Everyone should be able to see that living that way, should be the simplest form of governance any human could get, right?

Our Founders used texts from the past to create this new form of government. Texts like; The Second Treatise of Civil Government (John Locke), Commentaries on the Laws of England (William Blackstone), A Review of the Principal Questions in Morals (Richard Price), The Philosophical Dictionary for the Pocket (Voltaire), Essays on the Treatment and Conversion of African Slaves (James Ramsey), and the Bible (God thru Apostles and Disciples). These books all have one common theme; they embody the morality of Jesus Christ years after His death. That type of morality comes from the Bible, specifically the New Testament portion.

These are just a few of the books in Jefferson’s library that influenced most importantly the; Declaration of Independence; a document that should be included in our founding documents, because it embodies and underpins every reason why a new Nation was being created and who supported that decision.

However corrupt men would refuse to sign that first draft because it promoted the freedom of ALL men without distinction. It would be his revision that caused Jefferson to go down in recorded history as a slave owing diest. Even though the words he used at the very base of understanding in his finished creation, still promoted liberty and freedom for ALL. Man’s corruption and greed obfuscated those truths along with many other more complicated reasons. The most obvious was to maintain control over the masses of assumed lesser people. There’s that word again.

 Assume.

Is it not blatantly simple to see that these few books influenced the creation of our founding documents? We can either choose to believe the narrative created for us by tyrants or seek out the truths for ourselves.

When our American history books were written and documented, they knew “most” people couldn’t read. This left corrupt people with so much latitude to create a narrative of their choosing so subsequent generations would follow along with their greed-fueled choices.

Now that most people can read, they either lack the desire or time to seek out the information that truly defines our Founders as people as well as what they attempted to create for us. Most don’t want to believe that anyone could cover up such a multitude of lies without leaving a trace. It’s there, you just have to stop believing the first five search results, dig deeper, and be willing to accept the truth as it is and not what makes you feel good.

It’s okay though, you are allowed to believe however you choose. It is your right to believe in God, Gandhi, Buddha, or Odin as long as those beliefs do not infringe upon another person’s rights. Just know we have chosen unwisely in the past so now it’s time we revisit those truths as they were intended in creating this “land of the free” before too much of our “real” history has been intentionally rewritten. This new paradigm they’ve been creating (one that allows our government and big corporations far too much control) will become an inescapable form of enslavement for everyone considered lesser. Which means most of us.

We should be able to see it most recently through the blatant removal of the icons of our past. Icons that not only support the beauty of this creation but define the intentional graft and corruption we must avoid in the future, lest it repeats itself. Again, I must get back on track, because very few people “have time” to read anymore.

Today it seems that our page is now filled with bots, bats, and a few die-hards who appreciate the way we deliver the truth. Unfortunately, A.I. trolls, lunatics, and those with zero understanding of our history are destroying a page whose readers always wanted us to define and promote those truths. It seems some who come to this page want to pretend that our world just magically appeared and evolved into an overly educated mess.

Some even believe that this American experiment was flawed from the start and needed to be changed for the better. Even though we have accomplished more toward preserving human rights in the last 247 years than any other Nation in the history of the world. Yes, our government did some evil things to innocent people along the way, but we self-corrected quicker than any other governing body in the history of the world. We aren’t perfect, but we always seem to try and get it right.

Yes, they still come up with new and creative ways to do evil things to innocent people and if we look hard enough while reading between the lines, we can see it every time our government sends “aid” to other countries. That’s right and it doesn’t matter what type of aid they send. Money, troops, arms, or other, when our government steps in, it’s because someone has something to gain. Corruption usually revolves around the lining of pockets. Money. The desire of which will lead to all forms of malevolent behavior and absolute corruption.

Do you know what the difference is between the past and today though? We can still do something about the present. We can come together and stand upon the absolute truths, united while demanding those truths be revealed and applied to everyone equally. We know 95% of our politicians are corrupt. If you can’t see that, then there is no helping you. Listen, if we can’t learn to set aside our petty differences and stand upon the absolute truths, the evil that’s dividing us will win. The lies will continue to fester and it’s the type of cancer that will destroy the greatest form of government ever created by mortals. We need to let the chips fall where they may, no matter who is to blame, and stand united so We the people can heal our own country instead of hoping that a hero will do it for us.

I could go on and on about all the things I have experienced in the last ten years while administrating this page through the myriad of crazy and often contrary directives given by manipulative people. I could talk about the triumphs of going from sub-minimum-wages to engineering and building a $2.5 million/year business with little to no money or experience. I would be remiss though if I didn’t mention the disappointment of watching some unknown entity, take it all away with one swift flick of a switch.

I could talk about how a man who hated writing, wrote a 180,000-word government conspiracy/thriller (in three months mind you) only to have its sales decimated because it reflected too much reality. I managed to self-promote to over 3,000 sales in the first year (not barnbusting numbers) but now it’s crickets. They don’t ban books anymore, right?

I could go on and on about how We the People put a serious wrench in their plans by electing a wild card they couldn’t control, but alas, I will not. What I will say and end this with is; that this page represents many things to many people, but it represents only one thing to this man. The man who created it and hired others to help with it.

The ones who worked diligently to maintain it in the face of extreme adversity:

Our rights are inherent. They were bestowed upon us by God the Father. A Father who sent His only Son to die on the cross. A man who was persecuted and ridiculed for our namesake so we could have liberty and freedom. A man who rose from the grave and created the only pathway to salvation and eternal life. A man who wants a personal relationship, but never demands one.

It doesn’t matter to me whether you believe in this man’s divinity or not. I believe in it. I know that it takes faith to believe in it, but we ALL have the free will to believe in whatever we choose as long as those choices do not affect the morality that is required to be an American who does NOT infringe upon the Creator-bestowed rights of other Americans.

All humans have been given certain unalienable Rights when we were created into this world, the difference with Americans is that our government was forced to uphold them for every citizen equally regardless of station, color, religion, or sexual orientation. EQUALLY based upon truths that are self-evident, Creator-bestowed, and unalienable.

I believe that our rights (the ones our Founders tried to protect from tyrannical control) are absolute and that nobody can take them from us. I also believe we have the absolute right to defend those rights by any means necessary. Thus this page was born to promote those rights, the defense of those rights for ALL, and to help those who lack understanding to find the truths that can make us whole again.

So I as well as others behind the scenes here can and will, write about anything that pertains to those rights. From God to guns and all that falls in between. I hope we can all stand upon those truths and find the unity needed to control the monster that’s been created to destroy the most perfect union.

US!

So for the record, I will scream these words from the highest mountain tops and in the faces of all who try to take them away:

THEY CAN TAKE MY GOD, MY CHRIST, MY BIBLE, MY RIGHTS, MY FAMILY, MY GUNS, MY FREE WILL, MY LIFE (not limited to)… FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS!

Buckle Up Buttercups… I’m back and you’ll be getting my perspective much more frequently, so be prepared to (civilly) defend your position without any whining or tears. My tolerance for ignorance is limited…
